Comment:

AGFA is really dropping the ball on this one. There are so many quirks and things that don't work as their supposed to. It's a European pacs being customized for American market so there are many workflow issues. AGFA field personnel are being overwhelmed trying to handle requests and issues. It has only been in USA for <3 yrs so there's a huge lack of field experience in US workflow. It requires a lot of interaction by technologists. It's designed as task-driven so you are very limited with what you can do with studies. The engineers seemed to try to reduce the options of the user or admin based on preconceived ideas of what a perfect workflow should be w/out room for error or real-world workflow issues. We've been happy AGFA customer for a long time but the last year or two really has been concerning for the direction they're going. I would definitely ask for a site visit and private conversation with other customers before committing to AGFA
